Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book with Celebration Aesthetic Center, whether through our website, our mobile app, by phone or in person.

Booking an appointment

If you have not been treated by us before, the appointment you book is a consultation. Vanessa will assess your skin and discuss what is appropriate for you. Treatments are booked after that conversation, not before it. This is deliberate — it is not possible to recommend a treatment responsibly without seeing you first.

A booking made online is a request until we confirm it. We aim to confirm within 24 hours. If the time you asked for is no longer available we will contact you to arrange another.

Deposits, cancellations and missed appointments

Some appointments require a deposit to hold the time. The deposit is applied to the cost of your treatment — it is not an extra charge.

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Inside that window, or if you do not arrive, we may retain the deposit or charge a missed-appointment fee. The amount will be told to you before you book, and never exceeds the price of the booked service.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment so the clients after you are not delayed.

Results

Aesthetic treatments affect different people differently. We will tell you honestly what a treatment can and cannot do, but we cannot and do not guarantee a specific result. Anything we show you — photographs, reviews, example outcomes — reflects those individuals and is not a promise of what you will experience.

Your information must be accurate

Intake forms exist for your safety. Some treatments are unsafe for people with certain conditions, medications or allergies, or during pregnancy. You are responsible for giving us complete and accurate information, and for telling us when it changes. We may decline to perform a treatment if we believe it is not safe or appropriate for you.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your visit unless agreed otherwise. We accept the payment methods offered at the front desk. Card payments are processed by Square; we do not store your card number.

Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemed in person and may not be exchanged for cash. They remain valid unless the balance is used or the card is voided. Treat the code like cash — anyone holding it can redeem it.

Using our app and website

Your account is for you. Do not share your sign-in code. Do not use our systems to make appointments you do not intend to keep, to submit false information, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend or close an account that is used that way, and we may decline bookings from anyone who repeatedly does not attend.

Prices and treatments shown may change. If a price shown is wrong, we will tell you before you are charged.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
